LOGIN & PASSWORD

Q: How do I request my login and password for the Exhibitor Lounge?
A: Call us at 323.666.5587 or email your Trade Show Coordinator and we can send your Login and Password.

Q: My Login and Password don’t work for the Exhibitor Lounge.
A: Make sure that you are typing in the Login and Password exactly as they appear. You might want to copy and paste it because it is case sensitive. NOTE: Many people mistake the L in Pool as a 1.

Q: What is the Exhibitor Lounge?
A: The Exhibitor Lounge is an area on our website where you can upload your logo and write a brief company description. This is a great way that buyers can look at your information when they are checking out our website. This is also the place where we post information for our exhibitor’s to read (such as pre-show announcements).

LOGO

Q: How do I get my logo up on your website?
A: Sign-in to the Exhibitor’s Lounge using your Login and Password. Once you are signed into the Exhibitor’s Lounge, click on the link that says ‘Take Me To The Lounge’.
Then click on the link that says Web Profile. You will see the links and directions for you to load up your logo.

Q: My Logo won’t upload? What am I doing wrong?
A: You need to make sure that your logo is the right dimensions. The logo must be sized to 300x300 pixels and have a resolution of 72dpi. Still having problems? eMail our web designer Josh Mirra.

Q: How do I change my brand name on your website?
A: You need to send an email to pool@pooltradeshow.com so that we can change your brand name in our database. NOTE: All requests must be in writing. No phone calls please.

SHIPPING: ADDRESS & COST

Q: What is the address I should ship my stuff to for the show and what will it cost me?
A: Please refer to the Exhibitor Kit provided by Freeman for the address and all costs associated with shipping and handling. The Exhibitor Kit is located on the Exhibitor Lounge as a PDF.

Q: Can I ship my materials to the show site?
A: You may not ship directly to the show site as packages can be easily lost with the other shows nearby. You may ship your materials to the Freeman Warehouse (charges apply, please visit the Exhibitor Lounge and review the Freeman Exhibitor Kit).

Q: Where can I ship all my materials to Las Vegas? How much will it cost?
A: There are several ways to ship please research to know the potential costs involved. You may ship materials to the Freeman Warehouse, to your hotel or to Fed-Ex/ UPS as a hold for pick-up. Costs vary.

BOOTH FURNITURE

Q: How do I change my furniture request for the show?
A: You need to email us so that we can change your order in our database. NOTE: All change requests must be in writing. No phone calls please.

A: Yes, email your POOL Trade Show Coordinator and they can assist you. NOTE: All change requests must be in writing. No phone calls please.

Q: How do I get the dimensions of the furniture in the booth?
A: This information is located on the Furniture Fixtures & Specs page or as a PDF file in the Exhibitor Lounge.

Q: How can I see what a picture of the booth looks like?
A: Dimnesions are located on the Booth page. Photos of booths from past shows can be seen in our photo gallery.

ELECTRICITY

Q: How do I order electrical for my booth?
A: Please refer to your Exhibitor Kit provided by Freeman. This is a PDF file available in the Exhibitor Lounge.

LIGHTING

Q: Do I need additional lights in my booth?
A: Standard lighting is provided, however, many people (especially accessory brands) prefer to enhance their products with additional lighting. To order lighting, please refer to your Exhibitor Kit from Freeman. This is a PDF available in the Exhibitor Lounge.

BOOTH SHARING

Q: Can I share a booth with another brand?
A: All lines must be approved by POOL before participating. Sharing of booths is NOT allowed, however we offer an ‘Emerging Concept’ for first time exhibitors and new brands. Contact a Trade Show Coordinator to see if your brand qualifies.

PAYMENT: HISTORY, INSURANCE & ISSUES

Q: How can I check to see how much I have paid?
A: Please contact Jennie Nelson for your balance; we do not post payments online.

Q: When are the payments due for my booth?
A: There is a 50% deposit due with your contract, the final payment is due no later than December 21, 2007. Please Email Jennie Nelson if you have any further questions regarding payment due dates.

Q: I am having trouble paying, what should I do?
A: If you are having problems paying online, please call the customer service at
(218) 740-7284.

Q: How do I purchase Insurance for the show?
A: Review your contract form or email Jennie Nelson to ask her what your balance is for POOL.

EMERGING CONCEPT

Q: What is Emerging Concept?
A: This area focuses on NEW and EMERGING TALENT. Its focus is to allow those breaking into the business to gain the same exposure of more established brands set in a common area where networking and support of peers is encouraged. This concept includes one fixture in a common area with shared writing stations.

SAMPLES, SUBMISSIONS & LINE SHEETS

Q: If I submit samples for consideration in the show, will I get my samples returned?
A: Yes, samples will be returned if you include return postage. POOL prefers FedEx, but will accept any type of postage (DHL, UPS, USPS). NOTE: Samples with no return postage will be discarded of at the end of the season.

Q: What if I don’t have samples ready for the submission package?
A: POOL must review the line in order for you to be approved into the show. Please contact us at POOL in order to discuss how we can review your line most effectively.

A: We do not hand out a list of buyers, but we can help you find specific information about specific stores or regions. Contact your Trade Show Coordinator or the POOL Retail Relations Specialist.
